We write to confirm that all necessary planning for ACI Rally Monza is continuing at full pace. The current Prime Ministerial decree for COVID restrictions that is in place in Italy until the 3rd December continues to allow professional sport to take place in Italy behind closed doors, and all planning for ACI Rally Monza has always been conducted under these known regulations. The event is fully compliant with the decree and ready to take place.
FIA and WRC Promoter representatives made a scheduled visit to Monza on Tuesday of this week, and have reported back on highest-level progress by the ACI team for a safe and successful event to take place and provide a fitting end to the 2020 FIA WRC season.
The COVID-specific regulations and procedures have been uploaded to https://www.acirallymonza.com/covid-19/?lang=en and we would request that all attendees take soonest possible action to plan and provide the information required – a diagram version of this is attached this email. Further requirements and prescriptions will be included in the COVID Delegate Notes that will be included as usual in Bulletin 1 next week following the closing date for entries tomorrow.
