Una nuova sfida per BRC Racing Team
Pierre Louis Loubet e Vincent Landais al Rally delle Canarie
Dopo gli appuntamenti in pista dello scorso week end è nuovamente ora di competizioni per BRC Racing Team. Pierre Louis Loubet e Vincent Landais sono infatti pronti a portare in alto i colori della squadra nell’imminente Rally delle Isole Canarie.
Dopo l’esordio alle Azzorre e la buona prova al Rally di Corsica, nel progetto realizzato anche con appoggio della FFSA i giovani francesi del Team Oscaro saranno in gara, sulla Hyundai I20 R5 gommata Michelin, al “Rally Islas Canarias”, che quest’anno giunge alla 42ª edizione.
La gara si contraddistingue per le sue prove ricche di continui saliscendi, e per la tipologia di asfalto ad elevata aderenza, grazie alla superficie abrasiva, costruita in parte dalla lava vulcanica.
Dopo lo shakedown e la qualifying stage di quest’oggi, la gara scatterà domattina, Venerdì 4 maggio, con la prima delle otto speciali previste per tappa 1. Sabato la seconda tappa con le restanti sei prove speciali. Una due giorni di gara di circa 400 km, dei quali 202,72 contro il tempo.

A new challenge for BRC Racing Team
Pierre Louis Loubet and Vincent Landais at Rally Islas Canarias
After last weekend’s races, it’s time for competition again for BRC Racing Team. Pierre Louis Loubet and Vincent Landais are in fact ready to bring the Team’s colors up in the upcoming Rally Islas Canarias.
After the Azores debut and the good performance at Tour de Corse, in the project realized with the FFSA support, the young French from Team Oscaro will be competing on the Hyundai I20 R5 with Michelin tires at Rally Islas Canarias, at its 42nd edition this year.
The race is characterized by its continuous ups and downs, and for the peculiar tarmac type with high adhesion due to its abrasive surface, consisting partly of volcanic lava.
After today’s shakedown and qualifying stage, the race will start tomorrow, Friday 4th May, with the first of the eight special stages scheduled for Stage 1. Saturday 5th May, the second stage with the remaining six special stages. A two-days race of about 400 kilometers, 202,72 of which against time.
