The Dane brings to 16 points his advantage in the overall standings thanks to perfect day in Saturday’s Race 1, while the Italian takes third win in 3 races

The Lamborghinis of Imperiale Racing trusted the rest of the podium, with Giovanni Venturini and Jeroen Mul second and Riccardo Agostini-Rik Breukers third.

It was also third win of the season in Pro-Am for Valentin Pierburg and Tom Onslow-Cole with the SPS Automotive Performance Mercedes, while Giulio Borlenghi and Andrzej Lewandowski gave Vincenzo Sospiri Racing and Lambo the win in Am.

THE RACE - 26 cars are on the grid, after the MS/HTP Mercedes had to withdraw because Alex Hrachowina felt ill during the night (food intoxication).
The day begun with a stunning pole of David Perel (Rinaldi Racing Ferrari) in 2.15.441, which means the new GT3 lap record at Spa. At the start, the South-African narrowly keeps the advantage over Mac, who attempts an attack at Le Combes, followed by Gonda, Agostini, Venturini, Salikhov, Sowery, Di Folco and Cioci. There are contacts in the group at first braking a La Source, with Rees and Montermini touching and the Italian spinning. The Brazilian will get a 5-second penalty.  Beirão is hit at the bus stop after Ellis spins following a contact by Salikhov, who will get a 10-second penalty.  Venturini takes fourth from team mate Agostini in lap 4. In lap 5, Perel has already a 1.5 second advantage over rivals, while shortly after West is in the pits because of a broken

suspension after contact with Hahn. The show is put for a few laps by the fight for fifth between Agostini and Salikhov, with the two passing each other.
After all pits stops, in lap 18, Mul leads with 1.2 seconds over Pierguidi and 8 on Breukers, with Eriksson further aback (-23) in  a group that comprises Kogay and Cipriani, then Griffin, Liberati and Rueda. As Pierguidi catches Mul, starts a big battle for the leadership. Breukers is a lone third, so is Eriksson in 4th, and then another battle opposes Griffin and Rueda for fifth. In lap 22, Pierguidi manages to pass Mul for P1 on the outside at Les Combes. In Am, Silva leads after the retirement of Salikhov, although he will later concede the success to Borlenghi.  Kogay goes off-track at Lesc Combes, while Wilkinson, Crestani and Di Amato fight for P10 with a lot of door-to-door contact, with Crestani taking the advantage. The last thrill is the battle for 7th that the Aston of Reip will win against the Lambo of Liberati.
