MICHELISZ LEADS ON THE #ROADTOMALAYSIA AFTER CHINA WIN
Norbert Michelisz has taken over from Esteban Guerrieri as the new leader on the #RoadToMalaysia, venue of the deciding rounds of the WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup presented by OSCARO in December. BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse driver Michelisz moved to the top of the WTCR / OSCARO title summit with victory in Race 2 at WTCR Race of China on Sunday. He now holds a 16-point advantage over Guerrieri with Yvan Muller – a double winner at the Ningbo International Speedpark – in third, one point behind Guerrieri. Click for full story.

HAGLÖF WINS TAG HEUER BEST LAP TROPHY IN CHINA
Daniel Haglöf took some consolation for failing to finish Race 3 at WTCR Race of China by claiming the TAG Heuer Best Lap Trophy for the weekend in his CUPRA TCR. The PWR Racing driver set the best lap of 1m52.687s in the reverse-grid Race 2, in which he finished fifth. He was eliminated from Race 3 in a first-lap accident. Haglöf’s effort was just good enough to eclipse fellow CUPRA driver Aurélien Panis’s fastest lap from Race 1 on Saturday. Click for full story.
