PETROBELLI AND CANNING TAKE ON BRITISH GT’S SILVERSTONE 500

Next weekend will mark Petrobelli’s return to GT racing, following a six-year hiatus. The bronze-graded driver has made the switch to TF’s Aston Martin machinery after several successful years racing a Ferrari 458 in the then titled, Blancpain Endurance Series.

Canning had a superb GT3 debut at Spa Francorchamps earlier this month, as he and team mate Ahmad Al Harthy took Pro Am honours in the first International GT Open race of the weekend, after the youngster qualified their Vantage on the front row. 

The Pro Am duo have shown great promise in recent test days and are well prepared for the Silverstone showdown on November 8.

Giacomo Petrobelli, #38 - “Having been out of a race car for a while, I am really looking forward to driving the Aston at the most prestigious race in the British GT calendar.
