The #34 crew make their LMP2 Pro Am comeback, with a slightly altered line up. Whilst regular pairing of Salih Yoluç and Charlie Eastwood remain, they have a new teammate in Louis Delétraz. The 25-year old Swiss racer claimed not only the overall ELMS title, but also became IMSA LMP2 champion in 2022.
A change to the LMP2 Pro Am regulations will see the Bronze driver take on the qualifying sessions for the first time in the championship’s history, meaning reigning champion and 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Yoluç, will do the honours of setting the grid slot for each round this season.
Another addition to 2023 is the introduction of a night race at Motorland Aragón on August 26. Once again, all races will be streamed live and for free on the ELMS YouTube channel.
The official Prologue and the opening round make a return to Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya for the 2023 season, on April 20 and 23 respectively. |
