We are delighted to announce the latest addition to our Ferrari SF1000 Collection, the SF1000 in its unique 1000th Grand Prix Livery. This 1:8 scale fine model depicts the car exactly as raced at the Gran Premio della Toscana Ferrari 1000 at the Prancing Horse’s own Mugello Circuit on the 13th of September 2020. The burgundy colour was a tribute to Ferrari’s origins and harks back to the colour of the 125 S, the first racing car to carry the Ferrari name. The look of the race numbers reflected the tradition of the past, giving the impression of being hand painted onto the bodywork, while the drivers’ race suits matched the car colour.
Another long awaited batch of our 1:18 scale replicas of the Ferrari F50 are close to completion and are now available to pre-order. Built to celebrate the Scuderia’s fiftieth birthday, the F50 was in 1995 the closest machine to a road-going Formula One car that Ferrari had ever built. A purist, track-inspired approach fused supreme engine performance with a car bereft of power steering, power assisted braking and ABS brakes.
We are delighted to be able to offer this completely exclusive piece at 1:8 scale. The model was created to a specification defined by Ferrari, especially for a piece in The Official Ferrari Magazine, titled “Passion Down to the Last Detail”. The process of building this elegantly-specified Ferrari SF90 Stradale at our Bristol workshops was captured by Woven Films in the video below. The specification defined by Ferrari includes a Rosso Mugello exterior with a Rosso Ferrari interior, black brake calipers and many carbon components. The model features a special plaque mentioning its starring role in the video and will be supplied with a high resolution version of the video on a USB drive.
