Prof. Siegfried Wolf completes Supervisory Board of Porsche SE

. The Local Court of Stuttgart has appointed Prof. Siegfried Wolf (61) as a member of the Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE), Stuttgart, until the next Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting on 27 June 2019 in Stuttgart will then decide on his election for a full term of office.

Dr. Wolfgang Porsche, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Porsche SE, welcomes the appointment: "With Prof. Wolf, we are gaining an experienced automotive manager with extensive professional experience and global networks. He will provide major input to the work of the Supervisory Board."

The qualified engineer was CEO of Magna International Inc., Aurora, through 2010 and is a member of various Supervisory Boards, such as Continental AG, Hanover, and Schaeffler AG, Herzogenaurach.
